Class Etiquette *Please be on time, find a place where you will not be disturbed for the full hour, find a comfortable space to sit for the entire time

For Hypnosis: A complementary 20 Minute phone consultation is required before your first session

For Energy Healing: All of my Energy Healing sessions are done Remote unless otherwise requested and are 60 minutes in Length. At the time of your appointment I will start the energy work and when the session is complete I will send you a text letting you know I am complete as well as any messages or findings I discovered during your session.(There is no conversation before or during the session, if you have questions or would like to speak before the session please book a complementary phone consultation first) *If you would like an in person session at my Farmington, MO office please be sure to let me know**

For Readings: Please note if you would like in person or remote (If Remote, I will call you at your scheduled Time)
